The ladies in the front are so helpful, I love love my doctor he is amazing!!what made this last appointment even better for me was that they were able to help me out even though it was a last thing due to a trip. I am ridiculously happy with Allen ortho..I used them in 2018/ 2019 - it's now 2024 - I contacted them recently because I cracked my retainers a year ago. I was pleasantly surprised to hear, they would replaced them at no charge. I am so grateful that even though I am no longer a patient they still continue to treat me as such. Orthodontics is such a luxury for so many people it's nice to know that they have a lifetime commitment with their patients and you can use them in confidence.Thank you Allen orthodontics for taking such good care of your patients.
