I recently had the opportunity to receive braces at Allen Orthodontics, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process was efficient and well-organized. Natalie was extremely helpful and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Mr. Allen was very informative, approachable, and easy to speak with throughout the visit.

As an Active Duty Marine, I experienced no issues with scheduling or the overall process. The staff was accommodating and respectful of my time. The dental assistant who placed my braces was attentive, skilled, and made the procedure comfortable.

currently have braces on from this ortho. staff is always nice and friendly. they're super flexible with my schedule and whenever i have a slight issue with a pokey wire or bracket, they always help me out and fix it. a lot of good band colors too. They have chocolate chip cookies. and a super fancy coffee machine.

Amazing experience, great customer service… very accommodating, were super helpful when I tried to get a permanent retainer… I later changed my mind and wanted a clear retainer and they didn’t charge me extra. They were professional throughout, even rescheduling me when I was busy with work.
